Brawlitics presents current political issues as "bouts" — the strongest honest version of the Republican argument beside the strongest honest version of the Democratic argument — and lets readers vote after reading both sides. Bouts are summaries of publicly reported news and public officials' stated positions, written for equal balance. They are not endorsements, and they are not the full text of any source article.

Nothing on Brawlitics is professional advice — legal, financial, or otherwise — and poll results reflect only the visitors who chose to vote.

You may browse and vote without an account. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

Voting is limited to one vote per person per bout, enforced with reasonable technical measures. Attempting to manipulate vote counts — automated voting, duplicate identifiers, or similar abuse — is prohibited and may result in blocked access. Poll windows and tallies are shown on each bout; results are unofficial expressions of site visitors, not scientific surveys.

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the site or its infrastructure
• Scrape, republish, or resell site content at scale without permission
• Circumvent vote-limiting or access controls
• Use the site for unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes

Brawlitics Media owns the site's original content — bout summaries, branding, and design. You may share links to bouts freely. Bout summaries reference publicly reported news; all trademarks and quoted materials belong to their respective owners. If you believe content on the site infringes your rights, contact us and we will review it.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that content is complete, that poll data is accurate, or that the service will always be available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brawlitics Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

We may update these terms as the site changes. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version.
